Sliced cheese is firm, however, it can be cut with little effort, a characteristic to which the cheese group has to owe its name. During the manufacturing process the cheese is pressed, resulting in whey being released and the cheese mass solidifying more.

Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Cream, Sodium Phosphate, Sorbic Acid (As a Preservative). Colored with Carotenal and Beta Carotene.
